Computer Role-Playing Games as One of the Most Efficient Methods of Teaching and Learning in Higher Education

Abstract

Presently it becomes more and more typical and important to search for the new ways, methods and approaches for teaching students at higher education establishments, creating a new concept of the educational process. The method of using computer role-playing games in higher education provides immense training possibilities. Students naturally do not think about this. Computer role-playing games for them is, first of all, an exciting activity. In order to get practical data authors devised a questionnaire and asked students of Transport and Telecommunication Institute (Riga, Latvia) to fill in the questionnaire.
